Each tour will have a max 15 participants to ensure quality interaction, last approximately 45-55 minutes and include in-depth conversations followed by a Q&A opportunity overlooking the show floor.
You'll follow Robin Enright, Queen Storyteller of Merchandising Matters, throughout Salt Palace and experience first-hand brands that know how to tell a visual story. Stories have been a powerful communication tool since time began and when harnessed well in the retail environment create more than sales, they can also generate a loyal following.

LOCATION: All tours will meet inside the South Entrance of the Salt Palace (200 S at W Temple, just across the street from Toasters). Look for the "Merchandising" flag. All tours will end at the Retailer Lounge (MR254B), overlooking the show floor.
About Robin and Merchandising Matters
Robin Enright is a marketing and merchandising strategist as well a writer/photographer who believes in magic. She helps others find their magic as the founder of Merchandising Matters and Permission to Leap. She is an outdoor enthusiast and was awarded an Artist in Residence at Rocky Mountain National Park during the summer of 2012. She previously help positions as Travel Editor for Women's Adventure Magazine and Merchandising Editor for SNEWS, a national outdoor retail publication. Past clients include Sea to Summit, GSI Outdoors, Cascade Designs, Buff, Inc. She believes that inspiration is the key to just about anything and lives outside Boulder, Colorado with her new husband, Rob.
