Buyer Hours: Dedicated Buyer Hours for Retail Buyer, Importer/Distributor, and Working Media badge holders at Outdoor Retailer are available on Day 1 and Day 2 from 9-11 a.m., and the show floor opens up to all attendees at 11 a.m. The Outdoor Design + Innovation show floor is open from 9 a.m. each day. Access to education sessions in The Camp, the Ranger Station and Trend + Design Center is also available at 9 a.m. all three days.

+ What business credentials are required to register for the Outdoor Retailer trade show?

+ How do I find my show registration log-in information?
If you are having trouble logging in, please call the registration hotline at (866) 221-7934 or email [email protected].
+ I completed registration for Outdoor Retailer online and did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you completed the registration process online and did not receive a confirmation email immediately after saving, please log back on to the registration page and search your company name. If the lookup says your status is pending or already registered, call the registration hotline at (866) 221-7934, confirm that we have the correct email and ask to have your confirmation resent. If you are unable to locate your registration record, it was not completed the first time and you will need to re-register.
+ I submitted my business credentials when registering online. When will I receive my approval confirmation?
You will be notified via email once your registration has been reviewed. We will follow up and/or send confirmation within two weeks. If you have not heard from us after two weeks, please call the registration hotline at (866) 221-7934.
+ How do I change my show registration type?
Please review the Credential Requirements to assure you are registered correctly. If your registration type has been changed, you have not been approved and need to submit further credentials. Follow the Credentials Requirements for details on documents for your attendee type.
+ I am bringing someone with me; do they need a badge to enter the trade show?
All attendees of the Outdoor Retailer trade show must be qualified and registered for a badge. Children of qualified attendees are allowed and must be registered for a badge as well. Outdoor Retailer is a business-to-business trade event and is not open to the public. Please make sure that anyone you bring is a qualified attendee as well, and each individual will need to provide credentials, as outlined HERE.
+ How do I add more staff to my store/company once I’m registered and qualified?
Register your additional staff just as you registered originally. If you are registering a first-time buyer, you must submit their credentials.
+ What if I want a refund for my show registration?
Registration for Outdoor Retailer is non-refundable. No exceptions.
+ I am traveling from another country. How do I get a Visa/Invitation Letter?
Invitation letters are sent upon completion of registration.
+ How should I prepare to attend?
After receiving registration confirmation:
- Make travel plans to attend Outdoor Retailer.
- Visit our Hotels page to book lodging.

- Attendee grants Emerald the right to use Attendee’s name, image and likeness, including but not limited to any photographs or video taken of you at the show, for marketing purposes.

Please be aware that by permitting an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, your contact information including address, email, phone & fax will be shared with the exhibitor/sponsor, and Outdoor Retailer, Outdoor Design + Innovation, and Emerald will no longer be in control of how your information is used.
