Held twice a year in June and November, Outdoor Retailer is the outdoor sports show of choice showcasing the largest collection of innovative and unique gear, apparel, footwear, hardgoods and accessories. From writing new orders to finding new accounts, launching new brands to making new connections, Outdoor Retailer is where new happens. And with conferences, training sessions, leadership seminars and educational opportunities, the show is a must-attend event.

Summer 2024 Hours
Outdoor Retailer & Outdoor Design + Innovation — June 17-19, 2024
Day 1: Monday, June 17: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.*
Day 2: Tuesday, June 18: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.*
Day 3: Wednesday, June 19: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.*
*7-9 a.m. by appointment only. Retail Buyers must be escorted to the show floor with an exhibitor.
Buyer Hours: Dedicated Buyer Hours for Retail Buyer, Importer/Distributor, and Working Media badge holders at Outdoor Retailer are available on Day 1 and Day 2 from 9-11 a.m., and the show floor opens up to all attendees at 11 a.m. The Outdoor Design + Innovation show floor is open from 9 a.m. each day. Access to education sessions in The Camp, the Ranger Station and Trend + Design Center is also available at 9 a.m. all three days.
