SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA, July 21, 2015— Outdoor Retailer Summer Market, the premier trade event featuring the best of the outdoor recreation market, announced today an all-new networking event, The Pacific Northwest Fest, to take place night three of Outdoor Retailer, from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. in the Street Scene at the Pavilions @ OR.

Presenting sponsors Stanley, a brand of PMI, Superfeet and Mountain House will bring the best of area music, food, art, brews and home-grown activities to Outdoor Retailer, making attendees feel like they’ve been transported to the great Northwest region.

According to the Outdoor Recreation Economy Report provided by the Outdoor Industry Association, in Washington and Oregon combined, outdoor recreation generate 35.3 billion dollars in consumer spending and 367,800 industry jobs.

“Being relatively new to the Outdoor Industry, I was walking the floor at Outdoor retailer Winter Market and I couldn't believe how many great brands came from the Pacific Northwest,” said Amy Olive, Marketing Specialist, Superfeet. “Each one of us offers something unique, but we've all got that PNW pride that runs deep! We are a Gortex-wearing, beard-rocking, craft-brew-drinking, outdoor loving crew that likes to have a good time. It just made sense to share a little PNW pride with Outdoor Retailer.”
