10th Annual Outdoor Retailer Inspiration Awards Recipients Honored During Outdoor Retailer Online
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, California – (July 23, 2020) – The recipients of the 10th annual Outdoor Retailer Inspiration Awards were unveiled during Outdoor Retailer Online on Wednesday, July 22, 2020. The ceremony was held online as awards were presented across six categories to outdoor community advocates for their commitment to outdoor participation and access.
“Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists and honorees. Thank you for working to ensure the outdoors are accessible and welcoming, and for inspiring others to get outside and embrace the freedom nature provides,” said Marisa Nicholson, Outdoor Retailer senior vice president and show director. “We are glad the Inspiration Awards were able to continue online, and that we had a chance to celebrate the incredible people, organizations, and brands that are making an impact right now and on the future of our industry.”
The ceremony was hosted by rock climber, outdoor advocate, and past recipient Timmy O’Neill, and awards were presented for individual, manufacturer, retailer, nonprofit organization, youth, and in the new #weareCommunity category. This year’s honorees:

Now in the 10th year, the Outdoor Retailer Inspiration Awards annually recognize those that inspire and encourage others to enjoy, participate in and support outdoor recreation. This year, the awards shifted online to be held during Outdoor Retailer Online, and a 13-member judging panel determined the finalists and winners. Outdoor Retailer Online opened this week as the platform for the outdoor community to learn and connect this summer.
