Systemic racism is embedded into all facets of our society, including the outdoor industry from our tradeshows, our boardrooms, our marketing and in our parks and trail systems. The Black Lives Matter movement has sparked a deep desire to learn, understand and take action to be a part of systemic change. Join IA and Angelou Ezeilo, one of our country’s most dynamic social entrepreneurs and environmental activists, who is working to change the face of conservation in the U.S. and help young people find meaningful careers in the outdoors. She is the founder and CEO of the international nonprofit, Greening Youth Foundation, that was created to engage underrepresented youth and young adults while connecting them to the outdoors and careers in the outdoors, conservation and the environmental movement.
