Tuesday, January 23, 2024
Outdoor Retailer Showrooms at Solitude
Location: Solitude Mountain Resort, Eagle Springs West Lodge
Time: 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Outdoor Retailer and top winter sports brands are hosting a day of mountainside product presentations and networking with key buyers and media. Showrooms are open at Solitude Mountain Resort’s Eagle Springs West Lodge all day and participants can continue to Brighton Resort for the demo and Industry Party.
No fee or registration is required for Retail Buyers and Working Media to attend the Showrooms. Separate registration and fees apply to participate in the WWSRA Demo and Winter Sports Market – details below.
Outdoor Retailer Industry Party
Location: Brighton Resort, Milly Chalet
Time: 4-7 p.m.
After getting up-close with new gear on the mountain, Outdoor Retailer, WWSRA, and WSM welcome industry friends for après ski in the Milly Chalet at Brighton. This Industry Party kicks off with conversation and industry insight, and enjoy food, drinks, and music to celebrate winter.

Bus Schedule for Tuesday, January 23
Transportation will be provided to the Outdoor Retailer Showrooms at Solitude and the Brighton events on Tuesday, January 23 only. The bus service is free for all Showroom, WWSRA and WSM participants. Tentative bus schedule:
- Depart Salt Palace to Solitude Eagle Springs West Lodge: 6:30 a.m. & 7:30 a.m.
- Circulate between Solitude Eagle Springs West Lodge and Brighton: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Depart Brighton to Salt Palace: 5:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m.
WWSRA Intermountain On-Snow Demo
January 23-24, 2024
The WWSRA Intermountain On-Snow Demo showcases snow sports hardgoods and accessories and gets qualified retail buyers on the mountain to test this new gear. The demo is happening at Brighton Resort and join the Industry Party to close the day on January 23.
